Terms and Conditions
Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that
you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
1. The Competition is only open to UK residents aged 18 and over only, excluding households of
employees of Lancashire Farm Dairies, their agents or anyone professionally
associated with this promotion.
2. Lancashire Farm Dairies reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any given time.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Winner and runners-up will be selected at random on 18-05-20 and winners will be notified via email
or telephone. In the event a winner does not respond by 01-07-20 the offer of the prize will be
withdrawn and another winner may be selected.
5. The prize is not transferable to another person, may not be re-sold and are subject to availability.
Lancashire Farm Dairies reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to substitute any prize with
prize of equal value.
6. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash, tickets or services.
7. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
8. The determination and decision of the Lancashire Farm Dairies director on all matters shall be final
and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Fraudulent and/or automated entries are not permitted. Entries suspected of being either fraudulent
or automated will be disqualified.

Prize Details
Prize package for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 includes:
Return flights from London to Marseille, including taxes, fees and hand baggage only
4-day car hire, including hire of GPS, to be collected/dropped off at Marseille airport
3 nights’ accommodation in farmhouse style propertyPrivate cooking class with market visit (6 hours) Includes professional chef, roundtrip transfers to market, lunch and refreshments
Travel insurance
Economy flights available from major international airports in London only; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; Winner and guests must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel; Any necessary visas are responsibility of winner and guest; A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation accommodation; Accommodation in based on two adults and two under-16s sharing a quadruple occupancy home; Accommodation will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over; Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Prize is subject to availability; Prize cannot be taken from 21st December 2020 – 2nd January 2021 (Christmas and New Year), over UK bank holidays, or over Easter Sunday; Prize is valid for 18 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame; Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure; Stay must include a Saturday night in the accommodation; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended; At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over; Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission; The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize; For car hire, the named driver must be aged 21 or over, with a full clean driving license. Any drivers aged 25 or under, or with less than three years’ driving experience, will need to pay a supplementary cost for car hire. A valid credit card in the name of the named driver, with available funds, will be required for security deposit purposes when hiring the car; If any of the stated activities are unavailable over winner’s preferred travel dates then alternative activities of equal value will be offered by prize provider; If winner chooses to forfeit any of the stated activities then no alternative activities will be provided.
